At Erada Consulting, our work increasingly centres on advanced data analytics, predictive modelling and intelligent automation solutions for industrial and service-sector clients. To support our expansion into machine-learning-enabled operational intelligence and data-driven decision environments, we set a clear requirement for entry-level talent with both analytical and technical capability individuals who understand business workflows as well as modern data tooling.
In 2021–2022, we participated in a focused job-fair and mentorship initiative led by Mr. Ahsan Sharif, through which we identified and hired five early-career professionals who demonstrated the applied skill readiness required for this capability stream. These individuals joined Erada Consulting in the following roles:
Junior Data Analyst (2 people)
ML Ops Assistant (2 people)
BI Reporting (1 person)
What differentiated these candidates was their ability to apply practical AI and analytics methods to real operational and commercial contexts an uncommon strength in early-career talent. Their training placed emphasis not only on technical tools, but also on structured problem-solving, workflow understanding and value-based execution. This alignment enabled them to contribute meaningfully from their first month, supporting client delivery and strengthening our data-platform roadmap.
